Regarding fees, for a 90 Day Exclusive, we don't charge any advertising fees at all. We would charge 2.5% (normally 3%) commission including GST and only at settlement. So, in other words if we don't sell your property then it's no cost to you!

- Hold Open Homes every weekend as well as private inspections throughout the week, when it is suited to yourself and your schedule
- Send out a bulk email to thousands of potential buyers in our database.
